Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Kusins shirt. If something's not right, this page explains how to return or exchange it.

The short version

  • You have 14 days from receipt to tell us you're returning an item, and a further 14 days to send it back.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • UK returns are free; international customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty.
  • Refunds reach your account within 14 days of us receiving the goods.

Your statutory right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you're a consumer based in the UK or EEA you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it — no need to give us a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

How to start a return

  • Email connect@kusins.com with your order number and the item(s) you're returning.
  • We'll reply within 1 working day with return instructions and (for UK orders) a prepaid label.
  • Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging.
  • Drop it off at your nearest post office or carrier point.

Condition of returned items

Items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We may reduce your refund if items are returned damaged, soiled, or showing signs of wear beyond what's needed to inspect the fit.

Who pays return shipping

  • UK customers: we cover return shipping for any reason.
  • International customers: you're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or wrong.
  • Faulty or incorrect items: we cover return shipping wherever you are. Email us first so we can arrange the right label.

Refunds

  • We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or 14 days from when you give us proof of return — whichever is sooner.
  • Refunds include the price you paid for the item plus, where applicable, the standard delivery cost (we don't refund the extra for upgraded shipping if you chose it).
  • Depending on your bank, the refund may take a few additional days to appear.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order — that way you don't wait for stock to clear. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, email us and we'll do our best, subject to availability.

Faulty or wrong items

If your shirt arrived faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, please email connect@kusins.comwith your order number and a photo of the issue. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund — see our Terms of Sale for the full picture.

What we can't accept

  • Items returned more than 28 days after delivery (14 days to notify + 14 days to return), unless they're faulty.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed.
  • Items showing damage caused by the customer after delivery.
