These terms govern the sale of products by Kusins ("we", "us", "our") to you through this website. Please read them carefully — by placing an order you agree to be bound by them.
1. About us
Kusins is a UK-based clothing brand. You can contact us at connect@kusins.com.
2. Your order and our acceptance
Placing an order on our site is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and a legally binding contract formed, only when we email you to confirm dispatch of your goods. If we cannot accept your order — for example because an item is out of stock or there's a pricing error — we'll let you know and refund any payment taken in full.
3. Pricing and payment
- All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
- Delivery costs (if any) are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
- We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the point of order.
- If a price on the site is incorrect due to an obvious error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, even after order confirmation.
4. Delivery
- We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 2 working days. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes when we have received payment in full.
- If we miss an agreed delivery date and the delay is significant, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
5. Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you're a consumer based in the UK or EEA, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving us a reason. Full details — including how to start a return, condition requirements, and refund timing — are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
6. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If something we sent you doesn't meet these standards:
- Within 30 days of delivery: you can reject the goods for a full refund.
- Up to 6 months: we'll repair or replace, or refund if that's not possible.
- After 6 months: the same rights apply, but you may need to show the fault was present at delivery.
Email connect@kusins.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort it.
7. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that can't be limited under UK law. Beyond that, our total liability for any claim arising from a contract under these terms is limited to the price you paid for the goods.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — images, text, logos, designs — belongs to Kusins or our licensors. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute it without our written permission.
9. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you place it. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
